MINDA Remote Service

The perfect online support to protect your production.

In case of emergency, we can be at site quickly, but at best this is not even necessary. In two out of three cases, the MINDA Remote Service can avoid the need for technician visits, or significantly shorten them due to optimal preparation. You give us the approval for our service experts and they directly access the controls and visualization of your plants and support you in troubleshooting. This leads to an efficient troubleshooting, which additionally protects your production.

Our service technicians have many years of extensive experience in the field of intralogistics. In addition, they are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility. The aim is to offer every customer the best possible support.

Central resource planning provides the prompt availability of our service technicians worldwide. Thus, we can support you optimally during maintenance and repair work on site and make your service work predictable. Our motto is to act instead of react.
If a technical fault should occur unexpectedly and a service technician is needed on site, the MINDA Service can organize an on-site visit.

Inspection and maintenance agreements

Preventive inspection and maintenance work by our well-educated service technicians ensures the long-term value conservation of your equipment. Unscheduled cost-intensive machine downtimes are avoided and your production is optimally protected.

Taking your production utilization into account, we carry out regular maintenance and inspections of your plant on the basis of specially developed checklists.
