On course for expansion right from the beginning
MINDA's success story began in April 1979, when the company founder Eberhard Falch acquired a part of the Karl Schwarze & Sohn KG within the scope of a management buy-out and founded MINDA Industrieanlagen GmbH with a staff of 65 employees. The special regional solidarity has not only been lived in the company for decades, but it is also expressed by the name "MINDA", the Latin name for the city of Minden, the location of the headquarters. Managed in the second generation by Robert Falch, the association of companies with four sites in Minden, Tangermünde, Stadthagen and Granite Falls/USA achieves special synergy effects through the flexible use of its capacities.
