Our onboarding day was all about getting to know each other. In creative interviews, the apprentices and students introduced themselves to each other and quickly struck up conversations. During speed dating, they quickly got to know their mentors and made their first contacts. 

A special moment was writing a letter to their future me. In these letters, everyone shared their thoughts, expectations, and first impressions. The letters will remain sealed until the end of the apprenticeship and will only be opened upon completion. This creates a very personal memento of the first day.  

It was already evident just how much curiosity, motivation, and enthusiasm our new colleagues are bringing to the start of their training. This is exactly the kind of enthusiasm we want to foster. From the very beginning, they take on responsibility, gain practical experience, and grow step by step as they tackle their tasks.  

We look forward to accompanying you on this journey, celebrating successes together, and witnessing your growth in the years to come.
