With many years of experience in planning and implementation, we develop customer-oriented, tailor-made solutions for the entire production and warehouse logistics. Whether paper reel management, integration of corrugators, or storage solutions such as in-house warehouses, complex area storages, and high-bay warehouses. Even solutions like empty pallet storage, consumables or tool storage, and paper reel storage can be integrated into the overall concept with rack systems.

In addition, we provide complete connectivity as a direct interface upstream and downstream the converting machines: from prefeeders and breakers to palletizing solutions – implemented by our own concepts or in close cooperation with proven partners such as MUK for robot solutions. The entire pallet securing line up to the dispatch process is also part of our scope of delivery.

Visualization without a black box

Transparent and consistent visualization of all processes allows the customer to track the entire material flow on a single monitor from paper reel management via the corrugator up to dispatch preparation. All data is collected in a uniform software system, always ensuring clear visualization. Thanks to intelligent material flow tracking, every stack can be identified in real time at any time in the factory.

Thanks to the comprehensively visualized interface, no additional systems or interfaces are required. All operations can be centrally observed, reliably avoiding a black box, for example, of another machine in the process. Our customers always keep track of the entire material flow and benefit from clear, consistent information on a single monitor, supported by modern evaluations, diagnostics, and statistics.

Full-service provider with many years of experience

Whether it's about modifications during ongoing production, optimized material flow through intelligent layout planning throughout the corrugated board plant, or complex high-bay warehouse solutions – MINDA uses decades of experience to implement challenging projects. If required, we also support you as a full-service provider and coordinate other suppliers. This results in a consistent solution for the customer without interface problems – with only one contact person for the entire project.

Simulations and 3D scans

In addition, all processes can be tested and validated using simulations in advance. Thanks to state-of-the-art 3D scans, modifications or extensions can also be reliably planned during ongoing production. MINDA thus ensures maximum planning reliability – without any surprises during the project.
