Our new trainees

Fresh ideas in the fight against the lack of specialists: Successful recruitment of 17 new Mindaners

On the 01st of August, a very special period of life begins for many young persons every year: An apprenticeship or practice-integrated studies in cooperation with a training company. Our Mindaners could welcome 17 new members this year: Five construction mechanics, six electronics engineers, two technical product designers, one IT specialist and three students in the sectors electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

On the first day our new apprentices and students already got a versatile impression of the company. A guided tour through the company to get to know the new colleagues and locations, the subsequent safety briefing, issue of work clothes and explanation of personnel time recording were part of the day. In the next days and weeks there will be a lot more information, but in case of any questions, all Mindaners will always support our new members.

The fact that MINDA sees itself as a living family-owned company is also reflected in our new staff members. Far more than half of the apprentices and students have found their way to MINDA by means of personal contact with family, friends or relatives. Some of them had their first MINDA contact in a school project and MINDA was also able to convince with its training films in the classic internet research.

But no matter in which way our trainees and students came to us, we are very happy about the new support for our MINDA team and we are quite eager to see how our newcomers will develop individually.

For their personal development and the joint start at MINDA, we wish our new employees, on behalf of the management and the entire staff, all the best and many exciting experiences for their professional lives.

Welcome to the MINDA Team!
